Extended Stay America Orlando Kissimmee

The elevator and hallways smelled of weed the whole time, and noisy neighbors kept making noise all night while their dogs barked. Complaints to the front desk didn't change anything. We checked in to find just two towels and no shampoo or bar soap, and extra towels cost money. The front desk women were okay. After my key stopped working, there was nobody at the desk after 10 pm. I called the lobby number for over an hour with no answer. The general extended-stay reservation line tried the hotel several times too, also without success. I think they eventually reached the manager, because someone finally came to the lobby and reactivated my key.

The bed covers were stained, the smoke detector was hanging off the wall, and the nightstand lamp was rusty and didn't work. The desk said they wouldn't have bulbs until the following week. There were just two towels for two people, the towels had someone else's hair on them, and a replacement cost $2. There was no hair dryer either. Getting help was nearly impossible. During business hours, the front desk sign said staff were busy, nobody answered the lobby phone or the other listed number, and voicemail wasn't set up. Internet reservations gave me the local number, but that went unanswered too. I gave up after half an hour. The staff seemed not to care, even when I could find someone. This is the worst hotel I've stayed in. I wouldn't return, and wouldn't waste your time or money here.

The staff were amazing and the rooms were great, with comfortable beds. We barely heard our neighbors, and the location felt very secure. We enjoyed the stay, thought it was well worth the price, and would highly recommend it.

We left before ever getting to our room. The lobby had a funky smell, and some people hanging around there appeared to be homeless. After a long wait for the receptionist, she was extremely rude and wouldn't make eye contact. We decided not to stay.
