Fairways Florida Villas

Our villa in High Grove was tidy and in a great spot for getting around Florida. The pool and games room were lovely to have during our spare time, and the kids were very happy. With our flight home coming up, I wanted to say how much we enjoyed staying here. The company was so helpful, and after the storm they let us keep the villa for an extra half day at no charge, which we really appreciated. About the reviews mentioning lizards or cockroaches, you're in a hot, humid country, so those are normal and don't cause harm. You see them around the parks too. I'd recommend this place and use it again.

Kristy sorted out a couple of small issues right away and told me she'd be unavailable over the weekend, leaving a contact number in case I needed anything. A big thumbs up to her. We had a great girls' weekend in a four-bedroom, three-bath home, and booking, check-in, and check-out were all quick and easy.

Paul, the owner, is thoughtful and dependable, easy to work with, and available to help when an issue comes up. I've been very happy with the professional service Fairways Property Management provides for my Orlando Disney Villa. I'd highly recommend the company to anyone looking for a property manager.

We always arrive quite late on Saturdays from the UK, and our chosen villa is immaculately prepared, with complimentary coffee, toilet rolls, and soap in the bathrooms. Any problem, even a small one, gets immediate attention. We've used this company twice, have another booking for 2019, and they've been the best rental company we've dealt with.
