Formosa Valley Resort by UNE Homes

We were glad we booked through Airbnb. The house was roomy, very clean and well kept, with a small private pool and two parking spaces right in front that felt secure. Its Disney and Harry Potter decor added a bit of magic. We assumed the other houses might be similar since they were owned by the same company. The complex is about 15 minutes from the Disney parks. Our group, two adults and three kids under eight, shared the house comfortably with friends who had two adults and three kids under five.

The online check-in was really convenient: they sent a door code and instructions, and the app had information about the house and deliveries. Whenever I contacted them, they replied very quickly. Maria was especially helpful to us, and I want to thank her. The house is a good size for families spending time in Orlando, and the location is easy to reach. It has four bedrooms, three upstairs and one downstairs; two have kids' character themes, and two have king beds with full bathrooms. There's also a large kitchen and living room, plus a small pool in the yard. I recommend this property for families.

We paid a lot and expected a clean, comfortable stay with professional service. Instead, our family's experience at Formosa Valley was unacceptable from the moment we arrived. The villa looked promising in the pictures, but stains covered the furniture, walls, and bedding, and the place felt dirty and unhygienic. Several things were broken, including doors, fixtures, and basic amenities that should have worked. That was especially dangerous with small kids in our family. Insects and cockroaches throughout the house made the stay uncomfortable and unsanitary. We immediately asked management for a full refund because of the property's condition, but they refused responsibility. They only offered to send pest control, which didn't help us during our stay or make up for the unit's terrible state. We got none of the cleanliness, comfort, or professionalism we expected. Save yourself the stress and disappointment and book elsewhere.

The customer service was great, and the location worked well for me. The place was clean and spacious. I'd recommend it to anyone.
