The rooms are nice, though nothing extravagant. Staff were helpful and courteous, and the breakfast buffet was great every morning. They even had free cookies in the afternoon and evening. Each park is only about 12 minutes away. We'll definitely stay here again for our next Disney vacation.

We’d come back here. The park schedule and the restaurants you can walk to nearby made getting around easy, and the staff were so friendly. Our room was very clean, with housekeeping keeping everything in order. Breakfast changed each day, which was a nice touch.

Roslyn at the front desk was especially kind and went out of her way to make sure we felt welcome and had what we needed. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful, from check-in through housekeeping, and that made a real difference. The room was clean and practical, with a comfortable bed, decent water pressure, and enough quiet to rest. It could use some updates, but everything worked. The breakfast buffet had a good mix of hot and cold food, and we liked having coffee all day and cookies in the evenings. We found it convenient for a short Orlando trip, especially when most of the day was spent at the parks or exploring. It’s clearly a budget place, so keep expectations realistic, but the price felt fair. We’d stay again for an affordable, no-frills trip.

The cleanliness and upkeep were far below what we expected. The floors looked as if they hadn’t been cleaned in ages, the shower drained very slowly, and the hairdryer was damaged, burned out, and making a loud noise like a power tool. Even with the room empty during the day, nobody replenished basics like soap or shampoo. Housekeeping asked us to gather and arrange our own dirty towels and garbage, saying they wouldn’t take care of it. We raised the problems with the manager, but only heard that they would “check what happened,” with no follow-up. Since food wasn’t allowed in the room, using the microwave meant going upstairs and then coming back down to eat, which was a hassle. The coffee machine was out of service for nine days in a row. Getting around from this location is very convenient, but the service has clearly declined since our last visit two years ago. This stay was a real letdown compared with that one.
