We had a roomy house in a quiet neighborhood, close to everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and the pool was refreshing. Sunshine Villa was just right for our Orlando trip. I highly recommend it, and we’d book again if we’re in the area.
We spent 14 nights at Sunshine Villa, and Carrie made all the communication around our stay easy and smooth. The villa is handy for theme parks, restaurants, and shopping. After busy days out, we liked unwinding by the pool. It was well equipped, with plenty of towels and a washing machine and tumble dryer, which made packing much easier.
Carrie, one of the owners, was attentive to our needs and helped make the travel process easier. The villa felt like a home away from home, with all the amenities we needed, which made international travel much easier. The family room was especially comfortable and relaxing, and the rooms were decorated for both adults and children. The Disney location couldn’t be better, and Universal is only 30 minutes away.
The hosts sent really informative messages. The villa was spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed for a great holiday. It’s in a peaceful spot close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The pool and spa get sun all day and aren’t overlooked.
Carrie was a terrific host. She sent instruction videos for the things we’d need to know, plus a guidebook and local tips. The place was clean and modern, set away from the Disney crowds but still surrounded by shops and restaurants. The pool and spa were great for an evening or a day of rest. The kitchen had everything we have at home, and every room had a smart TV. It’s a perfect place.
