We’re in the room right now watching cartoons with the kids, who are happily having hot chocolate and fresh baked cookies from the lobby. The team here makes an already great hotel feel even better. Norma, Destiny, and Kyla try hard to make stays special, whether it’s a dietary need, a request, or a celebration. They made a birthday memorable for us last time: there was a welcome sign in the lobby, then balloons, streamers, confetti, candy, presents, and a towel swan in our room. Ketty and Melany, the housekeepers, seemed to have fun decorating it. Breakfast is always great too, with Jessica keeping everything hot and fresh. Shelly, you have a wonderful crew. My family loves coming here and will keep returning as often as we can. Thank you all.

Free parking is a real plus in the Orlando area, and the staff were genuinely friendly, from the front desk to breakfast and housekeeping. Kyler was especially helpful when I ran into a room snafu. The hotel is older, but it’s in very good shape and was one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed in recent years. If you don’t need an adjoining door room, I’d ask not to be assigned one.

I travel a lot for work as a flight attendant, and this was a very relaxing stay. The room was spotless, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the location was peaceful. Destiny welcomed me at check-in with such warmth. That kind of customer service is getting rare, and it was refreshing. I’d recommend this place and hope to stay here again for future events.
