The grounds, two pools, fitness center, and game room were all well maintained. We rented a clean, nicely equipped one bedroom condo for the two of us, fairly close to Disney. There are lots of places to eat within a few miles, though you can’t get around much on foot. Legacy Dunes is a pleasant gated residential and condo rental resort.

It’s a kid friendly place, with a games room, basketball and tennis courts, and two pools. You can get to groceries and restaurants nearby by car or Uber. The community includes owners, long term residents, and short term Airbnb and Vrbo renters, so it has a resort feel without seeming too touristy. There are also several snowbird renters in winter. A good fit if you’d rather not feel like you’re living in Disney all the time.

The apartments are really nice and have good extras. The major parks are only a 10-20 minute ride away, and parking, the pool, gym, and tennis are included. Recommended.

This was our second winter getaway here, and I’m sure we’ll return for a third. It’s clean, feels safe, and the people are friendly. The clubhouse and pool area are kept up well, and the staff are helpful and accommodating.
