Lifetime of Vacations Resort

I needed to work from the room for two days, so I paid $6 for two days of upgraded internet, and it worked fine. The bedroom faced the lake, away from the busy road, which made it quiet. I could work on the lanai or take a break with a walk by the water. The place was spacious and super clean, and my room even had a jacuzzi bathtub, which was a great perk. I was so glad to find it after a dirty stay at another nearby hotel. I’ll definitely be back. It’s a gem.

The staff were kind and courteous, and they moved us to another unit that was noticeably cleaner and smelled much better. We’d had to move twice because of smoke and a moldy smell throughout the unit. The new place was spacious but very dated, including a functional kitchen with old appliances. The TV wasn’t smart, so we watched cable, which was fine. The fitness room is basically a closet with three machines, and its door doesn’t work, so you have to ask someone to open it every time. We felt safe and the place felt clean in the end, but the experience could have gone better or worse. It seems close to the end of its useful life unless management updates it.

The two bedroom place had a nice kitchen and dining area, and we loved the patio and pool. There’s access to a pond, but no beach and you can’t enter the pond. The jacuzzi bathtub was nice, though it didn’t work right and could overflow, so be careful. Our room was near the dumpster and smelled bad. The busy highway was noisy, and the public bus brought random drifters around, so lock your doors.

The wildlife around the property made this place a great find, and we’ll definitely be back. It was peaceful, with sirens, simple, and just what we needed. A nice spot to get away with your spouse, or with your spouse and kids. There’s a great pool, cornhole, basketball, tennis, horseshoes, and plenty of other activities if you want them.
