The staff are really pleasant and accommodating, and the rooms have good space. I marked the room a 4 because the bed felt a bit hard to me. The resort is small, clean, and family friendly, with a good vibe, as my family put it. They work hard to keep it that way. It's being upgraded now, including a new splash pad and landscaping to replace what frost damaged. The area has built up a lot over the past few years, so it's handy for Disney and food, though I do miss how isolated it used to feel. That's no fault of Magic Tree.

The location worked really well, next to a Super Walmart and about 1/4 of a mile from the main highway, where there are lots of places to eat. Disney is about a 10-minute drive, with plenty of other attractions nearby. We had a relaxing trip, and we're definitely coming back. This was an old timeshare hotel remodeled into 1 and 2 bedroom suites with full kitchens, and they did a lovely job making the outside look beautiful. Even the two designated smoking areas had nice lights, plants, and trees. The staff were friendly, and our room was super clean. It had a living room and dining area with a table attached to the kitchen, which was stocked with pots, utensils, and dishes. If you like seafood, Boston Lobster Feast is a few blocks down the main highway, with an all-you-can-eat buffet.

We were a group ranging from 15 to over 70, and everyone felt safe and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the pool and hot tub were clean. Magic Tree was fairly convenient for Orlando airport and the Disney and Universal attractions. Gatorland was fairly close, and Daytona Beach was about an hour's drive.

Walmart right next door makes it easy to stock the fridge for the week, and the location is perfect. We love having our “home” in Kissimmee, fl, where there's always something fun to do and friendly people around. Every time we stay, our room is clean, fresh, and ready for vacation. It's easy to walk to Walmart, and there are lots of BBQs around. I love the hot tub, and having the pool in the middle of the rooms makes it easy to socialize with other guests. It's a small resort with a personal, home-like feel. The staff are attentive, and you can get fresh towels daily.
