LaNaja and Diamond made my son’s birthday weekend feel so special. They surprised us with a room upgrade, left cupcakes in the room, and gave us s’mores too. They were kind, attentive, and clearly wanted us to have a great time. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the whole stay at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate over Valentine’s Day weekend for our Disney trip was lovely. We’re already looking forward to coming back.

The location is a bit far from the theme parks, and traffic in the area can be heavy. Still, this is a lovely place to stay when you want to settle in and enjoy a vacation at the resort. The lazy river was a great way to spend a few hours, and we liked the juicy wings at Croc’s Bar & Grill. Breakfast was better than expected, especially the handmade sausage patties. We made a nightly stop at Trevi’s terrace bar for the meat pizza and Caesar salad, both consistently good, with warm, attentive service. We booked through Chase Sapphire Reserve’s The Edit, and the newly renovated West Wing rooms felt like a real improvement, modern and comfortable rather than just refreshed on the surface. The relaxed, polished service and food made this an Orlando standout, and we’d absolutely return.

Kenzie brought a gift, balloons, and a handwritten card right to our room for our daughter’s birthday. We came from Canada and had a great time, with the staff going out of their way to make the stay comfortable and special. We’ll be back. Thank you, Kenzie!

Kenzie at the front desk was thoughtful and efficient, and Angela Corbin helped arrange a perfect weekend. We’ve stayed at the Champions Gate resort several times, and this past week was just as good as the others. The freshly made breakfast came with excellent service, and David's Club's French onion soup and scallops were top-notch. It’s a fantastic destination all around.
