Opulent Villa: Heated Pool, Theater, Game Room

We paid $6,000 for 7 days and got no refund. There were issues everywhere, and the rental office didn’t seem to care, just wanted the money. The house was dirty, with mold in the vents, major water damage, weeds all over, and cockroaches throughout. There was trash in the pool, food in the sink, and mold and cigarette burns on the patio furniture. Half the appliances didn’t work, the pool heater was broken, and there were electrical problems. Turning on the ceiling fan in the M.M. room would trip a circuit. Maintenance could only do so much, and said the water damage had been there for over a year. The rental we got also didn’t match the advertised photos.
