The employees are wonderful and deserve credit for their hard work and customer service. I’ve been coming here for more than 25 years as a relative of an owner, and the location is still awesome. I do think the property needs cleaning and maintenance, though the owners seem to be trying their best. The pool edges are discolored, there’s mold around the drains and on the building sides, and the pool areas could use a proper wash. Some structures are taped off, with support beams in place because of stability concerns.

The place was peaceful, and I felt safe and comfortable during my Christmas visit. The convenient location and well-stocked kitchen were big pluses, and I enjoyed the amenities, especially the pool. Staff were very friendly. A few things could be more comfortable: the beds were quite firm, the toilet paper was basic, shower pressure could be better, and the Wi-Fi was slow at times. Even with those small issues, I had a pleasant stay and would come back.

The stay was okay, and the price was a pretty good deal. At more than $100 a night, though, I wouldn’t have felt it was worth it. The building looks a bit dated outside, while the inside is fine. The front desk staff were slow and unfriendly. The manager seemed nice, but the rest came across as if they didn’t want to be there. Since staff are the first impression of the business, the manager should replace the negative ones with friendlier people. We also kept getting calls asking us to attend a vacation share event. Families can find much better places in the area.

Our two-bedroom unit in the Apollo Building was clean, comfortable, and nicely refreshed. The transition from a Diamond resort to a Hilton Grand Vacations property seems to have brought thoughtful updates and quality finishes. Jeanee gave us a warm welcome, and meeting Nadia, the resort manager, was a pleasure. Staff were professional and friendly, and extra supplies arrived within minutes. The unit had what we needed, the pool was relaxing and well cared for, and restaurants, shops, and a Walmart Supercenter were only minutes away. The beds and pillows weren’t as comfortable as we prefer, and this location doesn’t offer down or feather pillows, so light sleepers may want to bring their own. The fitness center is adequate, though more space and upgraded equipment would help. That’s a personal preference more than a major concern. We were very pleased with our stay. It seems suited to couples, families, or solo travelers, and we’d confidently recommend it as one of the better Hilton Grand Vacations Club properties in the Orlando area.
