Paradise Palms 8931

The community was very well maintained, and we loved having 24/7 security at the gate. That gave us real peace of mind with young kids. My family rented an AirBnB on-site, and it was a wonderful stay in a beautiful property.

The pool was okay, with plenty of chairs, but it got a little boring after a day or two. Everyone we met was fantastic except for the security service. A loud crowd in the villa behind ours played booming music, driving us off our patio and eventually making the villa unusable for the day. I understand people want to enjoy vacation with music, but it was so loud I couldn’t hear the security guy on the phone while I was inside with the doors and windows shut. Security said there was nothing they could do because it wasn’t quiet hours. We’re debating whether to come back. That part left a lot to be desired. The location was great.

The house was excellent, with all the amenities and a lovely heated pool. It’s under 20 minutes from Disney, so the location was perfect. The communal pool could have been warmer, but the slides and other features were generally great fun for the kids. Check-in could be better: security didn’t have our details when we arrived.

It’s wonderful for families, with consistently great staff and an excellent atmosphere. We love staying here. This was our third year in a row, and we keep coming back. Highly recommend!
