The house was okay, and being centrally located for the Disney parks saved us some driving time and gas. But the pool-heating charges were quite hidden. Service was a total failure: they closed the pool at their own discretion, right when people regularly wanted to use it. The bar was closed nearly all the time, and the marketplace was more or less a bad joke, closing whenever they didn’t have enough staff. At that price, you can get a pretty good hotel. I’d never book this again.

A short drive gets you to the Disney resorts, though traffic can be heavy depending on the time. We love how spacious the condos are and how well they’re decorated for big families to stay together comfortably. Some have private pools in a covered lanai. The gated community has a large pool, two hot tubs, sand volleyball, a basketball court, video game room, food grill restaurant, and movie theatre. It’s our favorite Orlando stay and the best family vacation site.

They show three movies a day in the resort theater, but the last one is scheduled for 6:30. At 7:45, with a full audience still there, they stopped the movie, turned on the lights, and aggressively kicked everyone out without even apologizing. The policy and staff were incredibly inconsiderate, and the customer service was the worst. Wish I could give zero stars.
