Parkside Hotel & Suites

We come back 2-3 times a month, and Fernanda is a big part of why we feel valued. She remembers guests' names, handles concerns quickly, and is always warm, professional, and positive. Thanks to her, the stay gets off to a great start. From our years working in hospitality, we know a good guest experience matters. Kompose Orlando delivers: rooms are consistently clean, modern, and well maintained, the common areas are spotless, and the breakfast and amenities are excellent. The front desk team and the rest of the hotel staff do a great job too. Highly recommended. Great job, guys! ❤

The location was a big plus, just a few minutes from Disney parks, though you need a toll, with Walmart within walking distance and some nice restaurants nearby. Breakfast was delicious, and having it served in two areas meant it never felt crowded. Staff were a mixed bag: the cleaning ladies were very nice, but some people at the front desk weren't. The hotel is super new, modern, and classy. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The pool areas were amazing, with a huge pool that had room for people relaxing and families with kids, plus a really cool lazy river. The bed we got was extremely squeaky, and the bedroom had a lot of corners, so it might not be super baby-friendly. Still, 10/10!!!

Teresa at the desk was so friendly and accommodating. She made sure a crib was in our room when we checked in. After a day at Animal Kingdom, the short drive back and free hotel parking were handy. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are lovely, and the kids' amenities are amazing. My 4- and 2-year-old had a blast in the pools, and we played mini golf. We were really pleased and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Helena made our visit even better. She was kind and professional, and went out of her way to help with everything we needed. The hotel itself is modern, stylish, and very clean, with thoughtful attention to guests' comfort. We found the atmosphere calm and relaxing, and the location was great for getting around Orlando. Excellent service and design, and I'd highly recommend Kompose Hotel to anyone visiting the city.
