For the local TV channels, a $20 antenna from Walmart seems like a small thing the owners could have supplied. And because I paid for a house in October, I don’t think the AC was likely to freeze up, so keeping guests from using the thermostat didn’t make sense. Telling me to sleep under a ceiling fan also assumes I don’t have allergies.
