Quality Inn & Suites By the Parks

The hotel looks like it’s had a lot of work done since I stayed in 2022. The rooms and lobby both look great now, and the front desk person was friendly and helpful, making check-in simple. Breakfast is free, with a nice range of choices, which adds to the value. A couple of the drawers were wonky, and the bus setup could be better. The hotel bus takes you to one park first, currently Hollywood Studios, then you have to transfer to Disney transportation for your destination. That service doesn’t start until around 10am. Coming back, the pickup is at EPCOT. Unless you’re heading to one of those parks or have park hopping, driving may be easier. Even with that hassle, it’s a good value and close to the parks without the high price. I was very impressed on my first stay and still think it’s worth it.

The best part of our stay started at check-in. After our four-hour trip to Orlando, Front Desk Agent Tezhana made the process pleasant with her professional, courteous and helpful manner. The rooms were clean, comfortable and recently updated with new furniture. It’s clear someone is putting effort into fixing up the place. It’s still an old motel, not the Four Seasons, and the building doesn’t look especially pretty from outside. But it’s comfortable, close to Disney, and reasonably priced. I’d read good reviews and decided to try a Quality Inn, even though I never expected to give one five stars. The parks are less than a 15-minute drive away.

Tezhana really came through for us. We accidentally booked a different location, but she worked her magic and found us a nice room at the same price. She made our stay, and I’m so grateful 🙏 The other staff were sweet too. All the ladies here rock. The beds are super comfortable. It’s not the Ritz, but if you want somewhere clean and simple near the parks, the price is hard to beat 👊

The beds were comfortable, there was good space, and the room was mostly clean. The location was good, but the shuttle was a letdown, especially if that’s why you chose the hotel. There’s just one Disney shuttle at 8:45am. After that, getting to other parks means taking the monorail or Skyliner, which can take a long time. It arrived quite late, stopped at other hotels, and the driver was rash enough that it felt dangerous. Those stops also stretched the trip. The only return shuttle leaves Epcot at 10:50pm, even though most parks close at 9pm, which was really inconvenient.
