Residence Inn by Marriott Orlando Flamingo Crossing/Western Entrance

We came from NJ on friends’ recommendation. The room was inviting and very clean, and there were tons of amenities that I honestly didn’t get around to using. The service stood out, especially at breakfast. My daughter and I showed up 15 minutes after breakfast ended, our mistake, but the staff still let us behind the curtain to put together a meal. They were so courteous. I’d stay again.

The front desk person was great in person and helpful over chat the night before. I liked the room layout too, especially the full-size fridge. Our visit was so short that we didn’t have time for the pool, so I can’t wait to come back.

Paula and Blanca made a real difference from the moment we arrived. They were warm, professional, and clearly cared about making our stay go well. They listened to what we needed and arranged a complimentary room upgrade that made a big difference to the trip. As a Hilton Diamond member and Hilton credit card holder, I care a lot about service, and they exceeded my expectations. Their attentiveness did not go unnoticed. It was a 10 out of 10 experience, and people like Paula and Blanca are what make this Home2 Suites at Flamingo Crossing stand out.

The breakfast was chaotic, like a Fortnite battle royale. I’m surprised nobody got knocked over. When I stopped by that night, the floor was still sticky from the day before, and I’d go somewhere else if I wanted a peaceful breakfast. For the price, though, the location is great. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there’s a Disney shuttle if you sign up ahead of time. It stops at the Homewood Sweets next door. I’d recommend the hotel again.
