We came from New Jersey for vacation, and room 301 at Reunion resort, 1598 heritage crossing court kissime, has no air conditioning, so it's not cool in here. There are roaches, too, and the place doesn't look like the advertisement pictures. I just wanted a good summer with my family, but we couldn't even have that.

The waterpark was really nice and fun for the whole family, and you can have a drink in the lazy river. Getting around on the resort shuttle was convenient. A third party runs the Disney shuttle, and that service wasn't great, though it was free with the stay. The house's heated pool and hot tub never reached a usable temperature. They kept coming out to check, but couldn't fix it, and refunded the cost.

We booked a room for a Christmas party so we wouldn't have to drive afterward, and we're glad we did. The rooms were beautifully decorated, immaculate, and had comfortable beds. Staff were very helpful and courteous, and the 24 hour shuttle around the grounds was a great convenience. The hall was spacious, and its staff were excellent too.

Reunion Resort is a wonderful place to stay, with nice rooms and a great location close to Disney. We loved it overall and are coming back for the fourth of July week. The water park is great for young kids. Guest relations seemed overwhelmed and uninformed, though, and there should be more people answering the phones. We booked a soccer gold tee off time, then learned on arrival that the course was closed for renovations. That was okay, but we wish guest relations had told us when we made the reservation. The Tiki bar also didn't apply the reduced price for Resort Users. I pointed out the sign saying Wyndam guests get discounted prices on my second order, but they still overcharged me. It was only two dollars, but after processing the bill they said they couldn't do anything. Four frozen 8 ounce drinks came to over $32.
