The Fountains at ChampionsGate

We stayed from 07/28/25 - 08/01/25 and enjoyed our visit. The place looked nice, neat, and organized, and it had the basics we needed each day. I wish they’d left us some starter washing powder and more wash rags. There was an unpleasant dirty mop smell near the kitchen and hallway bathroom. Lots of shops and restaurants surround the property, which was a plus. We’d return and recommend it.

The pool and garage were nice, but there were several things that made it hard to settle in. The fridge seemed to have been plugged in only shortly before we arrived, and bright sun came through the windows because there were no curtains. There was only a mini trash can in the kitchen, no broom, and no comforters on the beds. We also couldn’t use the washer and dryer because the door was locked. The decor and amenities could use more investment to make the place more livable.

I had a nice time. The townhome had big rooms, nice decor, and a PS2 for the kids. The pool area had a great feel and wasn’t too crowded. I also liked having a good sized washer and dryer. When I had an issue with the AC, someone came and fixed it right away.

The place was near our venue, and the kitchen had most of the basics, though there were no coffee filters and only one roll of paper towels. Supplies were sparse in general: just two trash bags for the kitchen and two rolls of paper per bathroom. We had to carry the trash out to the container ourselves or it would have stayed there. The furniture felt really cheap, and the beds were super uncomfortable. The two guest rooms were like saunas while the master bedroom was freezing. It was my first time there. With just three of us it was okay, but I can't picture a big group staying comfortably, so read the reviews carefully before deciding.
