Tranquil Breeze at Caribe Cove

We had noise coming from upstairs, and security and the clubhouse staff dealt with it right away. The ladies at the Clubhouse were so sweet with my kids, and you could tell they enjoy their work and meeting people. Jessica, our owner through Booking(dot)com, was wonderful to work with and kept in touch so well. She gave us her personal cell for emergencies or if we needed to chat. The place was absolutely spotless, not a speck of dust, even though she was worried about it. Ten out of five stars. We will be back!

The grounds are nice, but the room was a disaster. We stayed in Building 3, room 402, for the last two weeks of February. There were ants constantly across the counter, and the carpet looked about 20 years old and very dirty. Wasps all over the enclosed patio meant we couldn’t use it. I’d give zero stars if that were an option. The room completely outweighed the nice grounds. It was just pathetic, and I could say more, but you get the picture.

I’ve been to Florida many times, usually staying in hotels, and this was the worst experience I’ve had. There was mold, pet stains, and stained mattresses and couches. The whole apartment felt moldy, and my daughter and two friends got sick while staying there. I was very disappointed. The maintenance man was disrespectful and parked across two spots, leaving us unable to park.

We paid $1,400 for a terrible stay in building 3050, #108. My family left early, and the condition of the unit even gave me a panic attack. The carpet was far beyond dirty, the place smelled damp, the tub wasn’t clean, and the toilet was filthy. There was a leak in the ceiling above the shower, and it was breaking apart. The appliances all need upgrading too. Only one of the three TVs worked. We called the front desk with our complaints, but got lies and nobody came to inspect or fix anything. I hope I can share photos so people can see I’m telling the truth. The owners need to make major repairs and upgrades. Please avoid this nasty place. Do not reserve 3050 #108. So disappointing!
