The room design is great, from the tile and colors to the layout, and the A/C worked well. Maijah T was especially kind and thoughtful, and clearly cares about the customers she helps. She’s a real example for her peers. The gentlemen handing out parking tickets also showed great customer service. After their help, I told my group I’d definitely come back. On the downside, the main common area bathroom smells musty, the showers have very weak water pressure, and the kitchen sink drains slowly. Co

The friendly staff helped make the resort feel welcoming, and the atmosphere was relaxing. Westgate Vacation Villas Resort also has beautiful grounds and spacious villas, with plenty to do, including multiple pools, hot tubs, mini golf, and Shipwreck Island Water Park. It’s only minutes from Walt Disney World, which made getting to the parks convenient. The place felt well maintained and suited to families, couples, or anyone wanting downtime in the Orlando area. I’d recommend it for a Central Florida visit, whether you’re going to the theme parks or taking a relaxing getaway.

We had a small problem with our first room, but they moved us to another one right away. The workers have been incredibly friendly and accommodating. Westgate was very welcoming to our dog, with a goodie bag and a room right by the dog park. We’re in a clean, spacious two-bedroom deluxe villa across from a lake, and we can’t wait to come back.

David S. drives a shuttle golf cart and was so friendly and helpful. He even took a photo of me and my family, which meant a lot to me, and I’ll ask for him on future rides. Our room is rented under Carl Bray/Jackie Royalty Greer. This is the best resort I’ve stayed at, and I highly recommend it and David. We’re loving our vacation! Jackie

We’ve been coming here for 20 years and love the place. Two things need attention. The wifi has always been awful, and that doesn’t work for people who want to WFH while on holiday. Also, there should be a concrete pad at each villa door where the lanai meets the grass. We’re tired of tracking mulch inside. I know there’s a new owner, and I hope they read this feedback since they often say they want it.
