Windsor Island Luxe Villa w/ Pool/spa Near Disney

The pool was unusable for three days in a row because ants had taken over the area. There were no clothes hangers or laundry baskets, and the garage had poor lighting and weak air conditioning. The refrigerator leaked, while the pool filters only ran for a short time. Some of the furnishings also differed from the online photos, including the living room rug and curtains and the upstairs bedroom linens. The mattresses, including the main bed, were uncomfortable and low quality. On arrival, the dishwashers smelled foul and were dirty. The ground floor seating was dirty too, and it took two days after I reported it to get cleaned. I appreciated the quick response to some maintenance requests, though the work itself was significantly delayed. I hope these problems are considered to improve the experience for future guests.
