We’ve stayed at Windsor Palms a few times and enjoy the resort, especially the location. Our extended family rented several homes during this stay, and I’ll be back because it’s still our preferred area. The house was large and clean, though a little tired, and the homes and grounds are starting to show their age. We stayed in 8123 after booking 8132 Fan palm way. We paid $250 for a heated pool, but when we asked the pool guy midweek, he confirmed it wasn’t heated. I emailed the owner and got no reply. We didn’t use the hot tub because the lid and side panels were broken, with screws sticking out, which felt like a safety issue. The alarm shown in the pictures wasn’t working either. We enjoyed our stay, but the house could use some attention.

My family of six, two adults, one teen, and three little ones, got a unit that hadn't been kept up well. The decor was cute, but the shower curtains were dirty, with pink mildew buildup. The whole place smelled musty, and the kids were disgusted as soon as they walked in.

The resort staff work hard to make this a top-notch vacation destination. It’s gorgeous, quiet, and feels safe and peaceful. The location is perfect too, so this is the best place to stay when visiting Disney World.

The workers are really friendly, and the resort has all the amenities we need. We love the clubhouse, and it’s a wonderful place to stay. The location works perfectly for us and is very close to Disney.
