The food was fresh and delicious, and there was a beautiful view from the room. I also found the renovated hotel lovely, with everything feeling new. My room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, with a cozy bed. The bathroom looked modern and clean, and the water pressure was good. Everyone on staff was kind, welcoming, and ready to help. It was a very pleasant, relaxing stay, and I'd definitely come back. Highly recommend!

This was our second stay, and it was even better than the first. I arrived worried because of the experience I had here in 2024, but by the time we left in 2026, I was happy with the change. The rooms are now so comfortable, and the furniture is much better. The staff were friendly and attentive, and their happy attitude made our day brighter. Breakfast had lots of delicious sweets. I loved it and will be back soon with my family.

The rooms looked clean and well maintained after the recent renovation. They are also working on offering better services to guests. The receptionist was very friendly when I checked in. Thanks very much, we'll be back soon.

We arrived around 9 or 10 at night, brought our things in from the car, went out for food, and unpacked what we needed. About an hour later, we realized the heat wasn't working. The front desk said maintenance had left for the day and could come in the morning. We had a notice that someone would be working on the TV the next day, so we thought they'd handle both issues. They offered another room, but we were exhausted, had unpacked, and had a pet with us, so we stayed and expected the heat to be fixed. We went sightseeing early the next morning and were out all day. When we returned late, the heat still hadn't been fixed. The TV workers had also failed to pull the door shut, so we could just push it open when we got back. I called down about the heat and was told, "well I don't know, I wasn't here but I will put in a maintenance request to make sure they fix it tomorrow". After another full day out, we returned to find the heat still broken. Very bad customer service.
