Springhill Suites Frankenmuth

The hotel was very clean, the room was bigger than I expected, and breakfast was good. Staff were always kind, and it’s perfectly placed for walking around town. That elevator, though! The loud bangs and bumpy ride are alarming. Please call someone to fix it.

During my three week work trip, the gym was in terrible shape: outdated, dirty equipment and floors, bugs, no mirrors and no windows looking outside. It was one of my most disappointing Marriott experiences. In the first week, young kids checked into rooms next to mine and kept me awake until about 2 am. I tried several times to get help from the woman at the front desk, but she was rude, unhelpful and didn’t take my repeated concerns seriously. As a Marriott member, I stayed for a second week despite my better judgment.

The General Manager and her staff made me feel at home and like part of the family, even though I’d never been to this area before. I had a strange incident with my car, and they went above and beyond to help and make sure everything was okay. Everything about the experience was over the top, and I’d absolutely stay here again when I return. Much appreciation and kudos to the GM and staff! 🥰

The room was nice, the pool decent and breakfast good. But the staff weren’t welcoming. They were rarely at the front desk when I needed something, and when I did interact with them, they weren’t pleasant. The pullout bed was dirty, including underneath the couch.
