The room had a nice, modern layout, and the overnight desk guy was friendly. I did find a hair in the in-room jacuzzi, which was a little worrying, though mistakes happen. What really put us off was the parking lot. There were lots of people hanging around or staying outside, and it seemed clear that many people live there. That’s fine, I guess, but it hurts the property’s image. One man wandered around playing music on a Bluetooth speaker at all hours of the night. Based on the parking lot activity alone, we probably wouldn’t come back.

The beds were really comfortable, and the updated furniture made the room feel cozy and relaxing. My room and the lobby were clean and smelled great, thanks to the cleaning staff. Management and the front desk were friendly, communicated well, and went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed. There are vending machines, morning coffee and tea, and a sitting area where you can enjoy a hot drink and read the daily newspaper. The coin-operated washer and dryer were handy too. I felt right at home and would recommend staying here.

I stayed here years ago when it was just okay. The rooms are nicer now, and it looks like there’s a whole new staff. Nice rooms and great people. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

It felt like home staying here. The staff are happy to help, and whenever I needed towels or sheets, getting them was no problem. My room looked great and smelled fresh after the cleaning staff had been through. Management really goes the extra mile for guests. I’d definitely recommend this place.

The hotel is very clean, with beautiful rooms and furniture, and it’s well worth the money for the great price. The staff go out of their way to meet your needs. There’s a washer and dryer, vending machines, room service, and pets are allowed, which was so convenient for bringing my dog. I can’t say enough good things about it.
