Cozy Ski Chalet < 3 Mi to Winter Park Resort!

The staff made this stay especially easy. After we got off the train, we had plenty of questions, and they answered everything and were really helpful. The condo itself was beautiful, with a bedroom, bathroom, living room, and full kitchen. Having laundry available was handy too. I’d definitely recommend Stay Winter Park for a great stay all around.

The snow wasn’t great during my visit, but that didn’t spoil the trip. I keep coming back to the Iron Horse resort in Winterpark, Colorado, and it never disappoints. The Winterpark staff always make me feel welcome, and I like the private, homey feel and how close it is to the slopes. Already looking forward to next year.

There’s a railroad nearby, and you can hear activity at all hours of the night. Still, it’s a decent place with accommodating service. The house has plenty of space, the beds were very comfortable, and dogs can come along, which is great for a family get-together. The hot tub was fine for a little relaxing, though nothing special. The grill and gas fire pit are older and could use replacing.

We loved ending each day by the cozy fireplace, and the beds were unbelievably comfortable. The decor felt welcoming and gave the place a mountain-retreat feel. Even the lower unit was bright, with warm lighting and good natural light. Each room had its own lovely view. The kitchen had everything we needed for family dinners, and the breakfast bar was a nice spot for morning coffee. With hiking and mountain biking trails just outside the door, the location worked perfectly for our family of five. We’ll be back.
