We came back from our evening out to find homemade cookies waiting for us, a lovely bedtime treat. Nancy cooked a delicious, beautifully presented breakfast that was very filling. She and Ray were looking after the inn while the owners were away, and they were lovely hosts. The house has Victorian charm and antiques throughout, and it's an easy walk into town. Our large room was clean and comfortable, with a king bed and private bath.

We had a spacious room with an ensuite and a private balcony overlooking the backyard. The bed was comfortable, and there was room to sit in chairs and watch the smart TV. Betty made us a tasty vegetable casserole with yogurt and fruit for breakfast. Phil made check-in quick and easy. We arrived before check-in and found plenty of public street parking right in front of the Inn. Old Town's center was less than a 10-minute walk away. We stayed one night over Valentine’s weekend and would happily come back.

Our room felt personal, with thoughtful touches from the owners, and the bed, pillows, and blankets were all comfortable. Breakfast was served on fine china and tasted very good. The hosts were charming and clearly care about giving guests a good experience. The exterior is beautiful, and inside there's spectacular historical deco and trim. It's very convenient for old town Frederick, and parking seemed easy to find.

There are collectible dolls all over this charming B & B. It was clean and welcoming, the location was great, and the hosts were lovely. Breakfast was absolutely delicious.

Betty's breakfast was five stars, and the house was very clean, which matters a lot to me. Phil and Betty were friendly, knowledgeable hosts. My husband and I really enjoyed staying with them and spending time in Frederick. We'll return.
