We were very comfortable here, and the hotel was clean everywhere we looked. Breakfast had a nice selection, including waffles, and the staff were friendly and helpful, even when my family checked in late. We'd definitely stay again. A few minor things could be fixed: the bathroom shampoo was empty, the door wouldn't latch, and the older fridge was a little tricky to use. None of that changed how satisfied we were.

The bed was really comfortable, but a few things brought the stay down. There was no soap in the shower beyond the tiny amount that came out of the liquid dispenser. A small bar of soap would help, even if it costs an extra dollar. The door security also felt weak, and it took me five minutes to get the lock to let me out because the deadbolt wouldn't unlock.

The booking and billing situation was extremely stressful. We were told we had a five-day reservation, but on day four management locked us out after we left the room, said we'd checked out late, and added fees. They also threatened to remove and give away our belongings if we didn't resolve it. I'd advise anyone staying here to get the dates in writing, confirm them with the front desk, and inspect the room carefully when you arrive. We had specifically requested a smoke-free room, but the first one smelled strongly of cigarettes. After we complained, we were moved to another smoke-free room. Its AC and heating unit seemed to trigger physical reactions in several family members whenever it was on. I can't say what caused them, but we had to leave the unit off for the rest of the stay. Customer service was poor, and the experience was unpleasant. I wouldn't stay here again.

I needed somewhere to stay through a snowstorm until I could get home, and ended up staying for an extended period. I didn't see any bugs of the nasty kind. The breakfast bar was decent, with plenty of food, coffee, and juice, and there's an ice and snack machine in the middle of the building. Prices change between weekdays and weekends. The rooms I used had at least a nightstand, dresser, lamps, desk and chair, microwave, mini fridge, hair dryer, and safe. Some also had a coffee maker and an extra chair. A few had janky hardware, like a warped door that was hard to close or drawers that wouldn't shut all the way. They offer smoking and non-smoking rooms, and some rooms seemed to have families living in them. If you need a short stay at a reasonable price and want a clean place, this works.
