We stayed for months because this was all we could afford, but it was the worst experience we’ve ever had anywhere. The place is supposed to be about hospitality, yet we got nothing like that. Drugs were being dealt in the parking lot, and although police drove through every day to make it look safer, they did nothing. We went months without hot water. After it was fixed, we had no cold water for the rest of our stay. Bed bugs were everywhere in the building and bit us day and night, even during the day. They refused to replace our bed and bed frame despite our showing them a video of the bugs. Staff were useless and didn’t want to help. There was no real maintenance, just a maintenance man walking around all day. A resident on site also acts like self-appointed security and is crazy. Please don’t spend a dime here. They’re taking money from good people, and this place should be shut down. Even if it costs a couple dollars more, go anywhere else.

We paid $75 for a two-hour room stay. I lay down and roaches started crawling on the bed, so I grabbed my stuff and left. What a disgrace. Stay away.

I’m very upset that I was put on the do not rent list in 2022 without being told about any issues. I only dealt with staff to pay and check out, and nobody ever said I couldn’t return. When I tried to check in on Sunday, the woman I spoke with couldn’t give a reason and said the owner no longer lives in the state. I want to know why I can’t rent here, and if no explanation can be given, I want my name removed from the list. It’s been over three years now, and I never had any issues or was told I couldn’t come back.

I checked out a day early and booked somewhere else, because this stay was so bad I felt I had to say something. The room smelled strongly musty, and the sheets didn’t seem clean. In the drawer I found someone else’s sock, even though the room was supposedly “sanitized.” The Wi-Fi barely worked, and breakfast was just instant noodles with lukewarm water. Staff were impolite, overwhelmed, and clearly undertrained. Definitely not worth the money.

It was quiet, the room was very clean, and there were plenty of channels. The price was hard to beat. Better than most of the reviews made it sound.
