We first stayed at The Bird Haus a year ago for Oktoberfest and my birthday, and came back this year for the Crab Festival because we loved it so much. The location is in a residential area about .5miles from Main Street Fredericksburg. Kayla had a little orchid and balloons waiting when we visited for my birthday, such a thoughtful, sweet gesture. This time, we found pastries on the table and local brewery beers chilling in the fridge. Kayla is so kind and thoughtful. The bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and the best shower head. The bed was already comfortable, but the recent upgrade to a king size made it absolute heaven. My husband and I can't even agree on our bed at home, but we both loved this one. We'll definitely stay again.

The area is so quiet even though it's just off Main Street, and the thoughtful extras made our stay feel special: water in the fridge, place settings for two, and a corkscrew. The space is perfect for a couple's retreat, with a divine bathroom, a big tub, and a rainfall showerhead. Kayla just added a very comfortable king bed. This is the cleanest and nicest Airbnb I've stayed in, and I've traveled all over the US. I won't stay anywhere else when I come to Fredericksburg.
