The Lincoln Street Inn by Boutiq

The Bluebird Room was gorgeous, and the house is so well maintained that it's clear the owners really care for the property. My husband and I stayed for a weekend and loved how conveniently it sits near everything on Main Street. We walked almost everywhere. The only trouble was loud music from the bar next door on Friday night, which made it hard to fall asleep. Turning on the fan helped drown it out, and that was the only night it bothered us.

My husband and I stayed Monday through Thursday at the end of April. We loved the comfortable bed, the bathroom and jacuzzi tub, and the backyard patio fireplace, where we sat at night with a drink and listened to music drifting over the yards. On a rainy day we played cards on the front porch, which was a great spot. Restaurants, shops, museums, and everything else are within walking distance. The owners are on site and very friendly and helpful. It's an old house, restored and decorated beautifully, but the walls are paper thin. You can hear people walking and talking upstairs, guests on the back patio, and music from across the street until 11pm Thursday through Saturday. Cleaning could be better too. At first glance it all seemed clean, but after a day our feet were dirty from walking barefoot because the floors needed mopping, and the windows were so dirty it was hard to see out. The home could be a great 5* value if the property management company improved its cleaning. We'd stay again if they did.

The Inn is gorgeous and right off Main Street in the heart of downtown Fredericksburg. With restaurants, bars, and shops only minutes away, our 11 adults could walk everywhere and were all comfortable during the five day stay. I booked the Lincoln Steet Inn through Boutiq management for my husband's and my families to stay during our wedding weekend, and I was delighted with the accommodations and customer service. Brenna helped me throughout, responding quickly and being kind and professional. Every room having its own full bathroom was my favorite part. I can't recommend the stay or Boutiq's service enough!

We stayed in the blue room for two nights as a treat, since my husband and I love this town and usually choose cheaper places to save money. This one was worth every penny. The home is beautiful, super clean, and the cleaning ladies and management do a great job. The shower has tile and all white grout. Water pressure could be better, but it really wasn't a problem. The tall Jacuzzi-style tub isn't the easiest to get in and out of. We loved everything else, especially being able to walk to places without moving our vehicle. Highly recommend, and we'll be back.
