We were disappointed the pool wasn’t operational, and it would help to mention that on the website or during booking. The rooms could use updating, but they were spotless, roomy, comfortable, and everything worked. My two teen daughters and I enjoyed our weekend. Staff were lovely, responsive, and polite, and housekeeping was exceptional. The beds were comfy with plenty of pillows, and breakfast was standard hotel buffet fare, good value for the price. I was a bit trepidatious after reading the negative reviews, though most seemed to describe groups of people having some unfortunate circumstances on recent visits, like no WiFi or hot water. We saw the infamous Zach at the desk our first night, but didn’t need his services, which I’ll count as a good thing. I’d stay again if we were in the area.

We were booked for 7 and left after 1. Zach at the front desk really tried to fix a bad situation, but our stay couldn't be saved. The first room was dirty, with hair and questionable bodily fluids on the sheets, and no hot water. The second was cleaner, but still had no hot water and noisy neighbors we could hear. The old wall unit AC had to be set manually and made noise all night. The TV was dated with no smart features, and the WiFi wasn't working either. The hotel was terrible and dated, and the general manager wasn't available to hear our concerns. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

We were in town for a wedding at the Paterson Barn, and the hotel even provided transportation, which was nice. It was also easy to get to the venue and close to a few restaurants. We had a great experience, so I don’t understand the bad input. Our room was on the 2nd floor, and my mother stayed on the 1st for ADA assistance in the bathroom. The room, halls, Lobby, and restaurant were clean. Logan made check-in easy and was very polite. Zach confirmed our stay beforehand and also helped out in the restaurant at breakfast. He wore a few 'hats' while we were there, but was always polite and helpful, the epitome of customer service.

No hot water for the whole four days, no wifi, no bar, a dirty hotel, and a runaround that ended with no refund. We stayed between Christmas and New Years, and it was the worst hotel experience of my life, even compared with hotels in 3rd world countries. Zach at the front desk was the only reason I gave service a second star. He’s excellent at de-escalation and customer service, and his talent is wasted here. I hope he finds a bigger, better job. Management was no help. I’ll never stay at another Radisson after this, and I’ll tell friends and family to avoid them too. Radisson, feel free to reach out. I’m happy to give you more detail. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS. It's worth staying an hour away and driving to Freehold.

The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and helpful, and I got early check-in with my id. Wi-Fi connected easily and worked well. Comfortable bed.
