Fremont Marriott Silicon Valley

Nick at the front desk made check-in and getting oriented smooth as butter. All the staff were professional and friendly, and both the facility and rooms were in great condition. We even had a clear view of fireworks at the stadium from our room, which was an unexpected bonus. The main thing to improve is the accessible parking. Those spots are quite far from the front door, though there is a ramp and the sidewalk is in great shape without any significant slopes or angles.

I was here for one business night and really liked the place. The front desk attendant was so friendly. I arrived early, and she had the room cleaned so I could lie down. The room was new and spacious, with a walk-in shower, which I love. They’d left two bottles of water, so I didn’t have to go to the store or downstairs for more, lol. I was surprised not to hear people in the rooms above or beside me, which is rare. I’ll definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and roomy, and I could see the Tesla factory from the window. What stood out most, though, was how Mr. Bryant Lee and Ms. May at the front desk treated me after my reservation at the nearby Courtyard Fremont Silicon Valley was unjustifiably cancelled. They were attentive and genuinely sympathetic while I was dealing with a difficult situation. Mr. Bryant took real responsibility and showed exceptional care, more like 10-star service. Thank you.

Being close to work made getting to and from the office easy, and I liked having different pillows to choose from. Those were about the only comfortable parts of the stay. The beds themselves made it hard to sleep, and noise came through the poorly insulated windows. The gym is tiny and short on equipment. Breakfast costs $35, which felt far too high for the limited quality; the omelet was the one decent item. Parking also costs extra and requires a separate app, which is a hassle. The location suits business travel, but with the added costs and lack of comfort, I can't recommend it at this price. There are probably better choices.
