I never paid for a room, but I've had a good time every time I've stayed here. For $100 a night the rooms aren't bad, though prices change on weekends and when there's an arena event. The guys at the counter are cool and don't ask too many questions. The location's not bad either, with a Subway and McDonald's built in nearby. All in all, not a bad mo-mo. 👍

We had a king room with a comfortable chair to lounge in, a nice-sized TV, and a microwave and fridge that both worked. It was quiet, clean, and smelled freshly serviced. The location was perfect for grabbing quick bites in downtown Fresno, and the price was just right.

The staff were friendly and nice, but the rooms were uncomfortable. I felt dirty the whole time, the doors didn't seal right, the beds were dense, and the layout was bad overall. I was booked for three days, but left after the first night. I've never felt so uncomfortable in a hotel.

Really disgusting and very dirty. There were cockroaches, dirty walls and a dirty mirror, and it smelled like cigarettes and weed the whole time. Definitely don't recommend it. I can't post videos, unfortunately.

Service was quick, but the workers were rude and disrespectful, like they didn't even want people booking a room. My room wasn't too bad, but the front door wouldn't close properly. The TV kept freezing and going off and on, so it didn't work right. The sink was broken and you could barely turn it on.
