Garden Inn and Suites

Henry was really nice and professional, and worked with us when we needed somewhere quiet for our cat while our roof was being replaced. The hotel is older but fairly well maintained, and the grounds had lovely fruit trees. I'd highly recommend staying here.

The pool, roomy accommodation, fruit trees, highway access, and good value for the price were the upsides. But the highway noise was noticeable, there was no air conditioning, the spa didn't work, and the area wasn't suitable for walking. We also lost three hours and had to switch rooms because of a temperature control problem.

The room was roomy and comfortable, and I loved the roses and citrus trees around this hotel. I'd stay here again if I return to Fresno.

We've stayed here about eight times, six under the previous owners and twice with the new ones. This will be our last visit. The carpet had huge stains, there was dirt under the bed, and the restroom looked like it had only been wiped down. Who knows whether the sheets and blankets were even changed. We're very unsatisfied. I don't know if this review will get the owners' attention, but we won't even stay for breakfast like we used to. The place has gone downhill fast. Goodbye.
