The room itself was clean and roomy, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast had plenty to choose from. The management and booking situation, though, left me really unhappy. I had reserved two nights, but a flight change meant I only needed one. I called the hotel, and the man I spoke with said he couldn't alter a Priceline booking. He said he could make another reservation, but I would need to contact Priceline to cancel the first one. Priceline showed that the original booking was already cancelled. When I arrived, the hotel told me I was marked as a no-show. Apparently the new reservation had been made for those same nights. By then I was tired and just wanted a room, so I paid for a king room. One night cost almost as much as my original two-night stay. I later explained everything to Priceline and asked about a refund or credit. They were cooperative and asked the hotel for a cancellation exception because of my flight change. The hotel refused, and I’m now out more than $300.

The room was rough: highway noise came through, and the pullout couch bed was old and extremely uncomfortable. Check-in was also a mess. Our room wasn't ready, so my family and I waited another 45 minutes and had a hard time getting to our city appointment on time. The staff member was rude and unhelpful, showed no concern about the delay, and offered nothing to make up for the lack of preparation. This stay has completely soured me on Holiday Inn Express. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, and I wouldn't pay extra based on the reputation in TV ads. Go a few miles away, spend less, and stay somewhere better.

The staff were great and the rooms were clean, but the hotel is right up against the freeway. The beds are super firm, so I wouldn't book here again. At this point, that seems to be an issue at Holiday Inn Express locations generally.

They quoted us $241 for a king room, then charged $291 for a strange accessible room. We only got one key, and the electric curtains wouldn't work, leaving us stuck in a dark room with no sunlight. The walls and floors seemed paper thin, so the hotel was noisy. I would never recommend this place.

Just stayed one night while passing through. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The sofa bed mattress seemed to sag or sink, though I'm not sure which. Breakfast was the usual hotel kind, and being by the highway meant some noise outside.
