The breakfast was decent, and the front desk staff were great, but the room was nasty for the price. There was dirt, nail clippings, and even medication under the desk, and the sheets for the pullout couch weren’t in the room. The bathroom needed more than a quick wipe down. It was expensive for such a dirty room.

The room was very comfortable, and the staff were polite and friendly. The service was great, and breakfast was something I looked forward to each morning. In the first room, the bed-making could have been better. I mentioned that in a Comfort Suites survey after I got home, which went to the hotel manager and general manager. I understand human mistakes happen.

We stayed for 10 days in December 2025 and got housekeeping just once. We asked the front desk several times and even spoke to the hotel manager, but nothing changed. When we arrived, there was no toilet paper and the bathroom wasn’t clean. Book an extended stay at your own risk. Management doesn’t care or follow up.

A typical Comfort brand stay, clean but not fancy, with the usual standard breakfast. The public men’s bathroom in the lobby needs major improvement, though. Every time I went in, it stank badly. They need some kind of deodorizing system.

The jacuzzi was my favorite part. I felt relaxed and at ease here, and the rooms were well organized. The staff were kind and friendly, and the atmosphere was comfortable.
