We had breakfast on two mornings, and both meals were perfectly prepared and nicely presented. The bar and its staff were great, and everyone was welcoming and made us feel happy to be there. Our room was clean and well kept, with pleasant, up-to-date decor throughout the hotel. We travel a lot and give the team high marks. We'd gladly recommend it and stay again if we're in the area.

The rooms were modern and very nice, and we liked the location, with nearby restaurants easy to reach on foot. The outdoor deck had great views and decor, and the pool was fun. There wasn't a hot tub, though that didn't matter much to me. Staff were friendly and very helpful. What put us off was the parking. You have to use paid valet in the lot, though there's a very limited side street where you can park yourself. The attendant moved my car less than 50 feet to the lot across from the entrance, parked it, and that was called valet service. It made no sense to me and felt like the most ridiculous valet money grab I've encountered. You're charged for valet each night. We enjoyed the stay, but wouldn't return on principle.

Mobile check-in made arriving easy, and customer service stayed excellent throughout. The location was just right, and we'd happily stay again. The room on the reserve floor was beautiful, with high ceilings that made it feel open and upscale. The floor had a resort-like feel, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the amenities were outstanding.

The pool was a lovely place to spend a sunny afternoon, with a great view. The bartender there was kind and accommodating when I asked for mocktails. I wish I could remember his name. Brian and Victor at the front desk were helpful and kind the whole time. When I wasn't sure what to do about dinner, Victor secured a reservation for me within minutes, which was above and beyond. I had a wonderful Mother's Day weekend staycation, with everything going smoothly from check-in through checkout. The Mother's Day brunch buffet with my family was a perfect way to finish the stay and exceeded our expectations. I'd definitely come back.
