At checkout I asked Ricardo at the front desk if someone could help bring my bags down. I would usually manage on my own, knowing this isn't a five-star hotel and doesn't offer porters, but I was six months pregnant. He brushed me off and said there was no one who could help. When I pleaded and explained that I was pregnant, he said he understood but there was nothing they could do. He didn't try to find anyone, and the cold, inhumane way he handled it upset me. I held back from going off on him and decided to write this review instead. Thank you, Ricardo, for refusing to help. I hope people think twice about staying at this Hampton Inn. They don't seem to care if you're pregnant. Housekeeping also skipped cleaning our rooms one day, even though we had specifically asked. They said our rooms weren't on the list. When I asked the front desk, all they could say was that we had full service and they didn't know why housekeeping hadn't come. That was unacceptable and left a bad impression. The rooms were decent for the most part, but my experience at this Hampton Inn was below subpar.

Not bad overall. The neighbors were noisy the first night, then it was fine. The water got warm but never really hot. Small gripe, but I like mine burning lol.

I picked this hotel to be as close as possible to my son's soccer camp at the Toyota Soccer Complex, and I'm happy with the choice. Check-in was quick and friendly, and the fitness center had enough equipment for a decent workout. We knew in advance there was no spa or hot tub. For the price, it's an excellent value. I travel a lot for work, and honestly the room was as good as rooms at four-star hotels. Having a microwave and refrigerator was helpful for keeping my son fed and hydrated. The beds were well made, and the room got very cold.

This past week's stay was terrible. I never saw a front desk employee, and the toilet barely flushed, like the pipe was clogged. After this experience, and with Hilton corporate choosing to capitulate to a dishonest government, it's time for me to take my business elsewhere.
