Hilton Garden Inn Frisco

We come back to this hotel every Thanksgiving, and it's great each time. The rooms are clean, and you can't beat the location, with everything nearby. It's always nice to see the same staff and have them remember us. They're friendly, kind, and helpful. Already looking forward to the next stay.

We were in Frisco for an expo, and the Hilton Garden Inn made for a wonderful stay. There was a fresh, pleasant fragrance throughout the lobby and common spaces, and the property had a modern feel with thoughtful details. Staff were helpful and friendly, making check-in and the rest of the visit smooth and comfortable. The location worked perfectly for the event venue and nearby dining options. Our room was clean, well maintained, and had all the facilities we needed.

Getting the purse back so quickly is what I’ll remember most. I’d left the YSL purse in our room when we checked out, after bringing it along at my wife’s request to give our daughter for the weekend. It hadn’t been needed, so I never took it out. Once home, I realized what I’d done and called the hotel with the details. The front desk took careful notes, checked with housekeeping, and called the next morning to say they’d found it and would ship it. It went out Monday and was in my hands Tuesday morning. I’m hugely relieved, and impressed by how professionally and urgently everyone handled it. They deserve a big thank you for getting me out of a serious bind. I stay at Hilton properties all over the U.S., and this is one of the nicest I’ve visited across their brands. We were there with three other family members for the Texas/OU football weekend. Frisco has lots to do and plenty of restaurants, and it’s a welcome alternative to staying closer to Dallas. The hotel itself is convenient to reach, modern, clean, cool, and well organized, with excellent staff in every role. We’ll definitely be back, especially for next year’s Texas/OU weekend. HOOKEM!!!!

The location alone made the stay worth the time and money, with lots nearby and the business district close too. The rooms were great. It’s not top of the line, but I’d use Hilton again for sure.
