Hyatt Regency Frisco-Dallas

The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, so it was easy to unwind after a long day. Hyatt Regency Frisco is a beautiful, modern property that’s clearly well maintained. Staff were professional, friendly, and ready to help. The amenities were excellent, and the location made shopping, dining, and major area attractions easy to reach. The hotel exceeded our expectations. We’d choose it again and recommend it to others.

We held our annual team meeting at Hyatt Regency Frisco, and everything went smoothly from arrival through the end of our stay. Check-in was efficient and kept the whole team’s arrival stress-free. Staff were attentive and professional, and the shared spaces stayed clean and organized. Since everything ran seamlessly, we could focus on meetings and spending time as a team. We appreciate the care and hospitality, and would absolutely recommend this location for corporate events and team gatherings.

I spent five nights here for a conference program. The property is beautiful, and being right beside Stonebriar Mall is hard to beat. My modern room had one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in, and the bathroom came with shampoo, duschgel, and soap. The conference facilities worked really well. There’s one large room that could easily fit more than 500, close to 600 people, plus two smaller rooms that could serve as dining or ballroom spaces. The three elevators ran fast, so waits were rare. Staff were friendly, and reception and the lobby greeted you with a big smile. I had a great experience and would recommend it without hesitation. The one thing I’d adjust is the coffee grind at the cafe, making it coarser for a better espresso. Ideally, it should take 25-35 seconds.

We always choose The Hyatt @ Stonebriar. It connects to the mall, movie theater, and plenty of good dining options both inside and nearby, which we love. I especially appreciate that I can bring my dog. Savannah at the coffee shop and Jason at the service desk are favorites of ours. The valet and bar teams are great too, always friendly and professional. I’d strongly recommend spending a few days here! 😍
