We really enjoyed our stay, thanks to DeMarcus at the Customer Service desk. Our family are Platinum Bombay members, and in all our years traveling with Marriott we've never had service this good. Please recognize him for the great work he does.

We were there for a competition for three nights, six minutes from Ford Center. You have to ask for the room to be refreshed each day, but when we got back it was tidy. Clean linens and good accommodations.

The hotel itself is nice and clean, but the bottom sheets barely fit the beds. Ours came undone underneath us every night, leaving us on a wrinkled, bunched-up sheet within an hour. That's ridiculous. One good tip: Momo’s Bistro across the parking lot is new, and the Italian food is worth every penny.
