The room needs a deep clean and new furniture. The sofa bed was torn, cut up, and sagging, while the chair and ottoman were stained and dirty. We only needed somewhere at the last minute, so took what was available. The staff were friendly and helpful, and that good service is the only reason I’d give this place three stars. For the room itself, it would have been one.

We had a really nice family stay, and the spacious room was comfortable. Breakfast was a welcome bonus since we didn’t have to rush out to find food or cook. The front desk lady answered all our questions and made us feel welcome. Thanks, Michelle, from the Mesa family.

The bathroom and tub looked clean, and breakfast was decent, with scrambled eggs and deep-fried bacon if that’s your thing. They handed out vouchers for the number of guests, though nobody checked them, and people took plate after plate despite the sign asking diners to keep food in the dining area. We left around 8 a.m. rather than wait until the 11 a.m. checkout. The room was filthy: stained couch and ottoman, greenish grime built up on the windows, and a huge brown mark on the bedcover that looked like water or coffee damage. The refrigerator latch was rusty, and ice had built up inside so much that the freezer was nearly unusable. I got this room at the last minute for $20 after credit card rewards, despite seeing the one-star reviews first. I’ve never seen reviews prove so accurate.

We booked two rooms, and both were filthy, with human and animal hairs on the sheets, sticky floors, black mold on the ceiling, and moldy sheets. There were American and German roaches, too. They also don’t tell you that keeping the room outside a certain temperature can leave you waking up to a literal pond in the room. The only good part was breakfast. The kitchen door was open while staff cooked, so I kept watching to make sure no critters were crawling around. None were visible.
