Residences at Rio

The building is well maintained, and management responds. The elevator can feel a little slow, but it works. I also love the fitness center, which feels like a private gym and has a great set of equipment. The pool and tennis courts are a big plus. The Residences at Rio is easily the best apartment experience a young professional could ask for. Rio shopping center is right across the street, downtown crown is a five minute walk away, and I-270 is just around the corner. There’s an in unit washer and dryer, HVAC, a flat utilities fee, and it’s pet friendly too.

I’ve lived at RIO since October 2020, moving in with a two month old baby. I came from the Arlington area, and this has been the least stressful building I’ve lived in. The leasing office made everything easy, and it’s hard to imagine finding another place with such a beautiful lake view, perfect location and friendly staff. Chavez from maintenance fixes things within a day or two. Leasing manager Michael sold me on living here, and even came to the building on Thanksgiving to fix an issue with our door after updates. The building housekeeping is good too. Terrance at the leasing office front desk is friendly and helpful. I’ll be so sad when I’m put on orders and have to leave. I don’t think I’ll find anywhere else as amazing.

My family and I have been here for over a year, and we’ve loved living here. The staff are kind, friendly and helpful, the grounds are clean and well kept, and you can see the pride taken in maintaining the property. Maintenance responds promptly and gets things handled on time. There are all the amenities you could want, and it feels like a perfect place to live. If you’re looking for a new home, I’d recommend the Residence of Rio.

We’ve lived in this apartment for two years. The location is great, and people around us are friendly. Staff are always willing to help when there’s a problem, and I appreciate having kind neighbors around my family. Good schools brought us here. Even after my son goes to college, I’m willing to stay. I’d definitely recommend the apartment.
