TownePlace Suites Gaithersburg by Marriott

The cleaning team did a terrific job and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also want to thank Andrews, Corrigan, Hunter, and Elizabeth for checking every day that we had what we needed. The front office showed real, sincere professionalism, and they set the tone for a great stay. My wife and I had an amazing experience at Towneplace suites by Marriot. Thank you.

The staff were friendly, polite, and accommodating. Our room was cozy, clean, and looked brand new, with a modern, spotless bathroom and a comfortable bed with clean white bedding. The lobby had just been renovated, and the rooms had been updated too.

Breakfast was my favorite part of the stay. The Continental spread had eggs, sausage, bagels, waffles, muffins, cereal, breakfast sandwiches, granola, and more, so there were real choices beyond snacks. It was convenient to sit down and eat before work. They also put out cookies every day at 7:00 pm, and there’s a snack concession stand. Get the cookies while they're hot! The room was clean and comfortable, and smelled fresh when I arrived. The bed was cozy and the place felt well cared for. Mrs. Elizabeth made the stay even better. She was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful, taking the time to check that guests were okay. You could tell she cared about her work. I felt comfortable throughout and would definitely return.

The hot breakfast was a nice surprise, with a good variety each day and something for everybody. I stayed three nights recently, and the room was clean and comfortable. The paint could use a refresh, and the tub faucet leaked a little. I'd stay again.
