I didn’t know what to expect after finding a good price on Hotwire, but I was very pleased with the stay. My brother uses a wheelchair, and the accessible room was actually set up for wheelchair access, including a roll-in shower. The room was clean and welcoming, staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good. No complaints, we were very happy.

We were forced out of our home by the cold and lack of heat during the recent middle Tennessee ice storm, and Quality Inn Gallatin, TN was a perfect place to stay. The staff were thoughtful and professional, and Amar at the front desk went out of his way to find a way to extend our stay after the computer showed no rooms left. The location was convenient for Cracker Barrel, Logan's, and Walmart. We’ve been Choice Rewards members for a long time, and it was reassuring to have our trust in Choice hotels pay off. Thank you, Amar and everyone at Quality Inn. Cliff and Becky Buckosh

The area was fairly quiet, with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Staff were kind and helpful whenever I needed fresh towels, snacks, or drinks from the front desk. WiFi worked well, the heating and A/C were both great, and the TV had good choices, including Netflix and Amazon Prime apps for logging in. I’d definitely stay here again.

The location was the only good part. The man at the counter was unfriendly and rude. I asked for two rooms next to each other and connected, and he lied, saying they didn’t have any. There was dried blood on the bathroom floor, black mold on the shower heads, and dust all over everything. Don’t waste your time here.

The room was filthy, with blood all over the bathroom floor and dust and grime on everything. The front desk guy was super rude during check-in too. This was one of the WORST hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve literally stayed in Crack hotels that were cleaner and better managed.
