The spacious room felt more like a small apartment than a typical hotel room. It had a practical in room kitchen, which was useful for cooking meals or having kids along, and the bed was comfortable. The property felt safe, parking was easy, and Jaylen and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and checkout both went smoothly, and they answered my questions quickly. The Marietta, GA Extended Stay America Suites is also convenient for getting around, with major highways, shopping, and plenty of food choices nearby. It's a reliable, budget friendly option if you need extra room or a kitchenette, especially for a longer stay.

This is a comfortable extended stay with clean rooms, a great bargain, and staff who were understanding, helpful, and encouraging. They made the place feel like a family or a team, and the manager, front desk team, and housekeeping really brightened my days when I needed it. Thanks for the good work and care. One thing, ESA folks, you don't really need to raise the price just because the Braves are playing. That makes things harder for people on extended stays. The staff have no control over that, and aside from the price jump, it's a great place without the hassle of riff raff.

The hotel is fine for the budget, location, and atmosphere, especially for an able bodied adult. Knowing when it was built and where it is, I can understand some minor bumps or defective things being a hindrance for some people. My stay didn't have riff raff hanging around or loud parties, and it wasn't as bad as some hotels down the road. The employees did an excellent job responding to our needs despite the difficult economy, families moving in and out of rooms, maintenance work, and high turnover. People often overlook essential workers who are underpaid and understaffed. Above all, you took care of our little family like your own. A housekeeper whose name I wish I'd gotten was just as kind and lovely. My stay was great thanks to Lance at the front desk. He was patient and kind, even with all the work he was handed at the last minute.
