You don't come to Cut Off for nightlife, but the room was spotless and well appointed for the price. The front desk worker was outstanding and went above and beyond. My only gripe was the AC unit, which kept running for no more than five minutes before blowing its fuse or whatever.

I'm giving it two stars because they're still holding my room deposit on my credit card a week and a half later. It was supposed to be released the next morning. Very aggravating.

On my last visit, the staff went above and beyond and even arranged an ADA room so I could shower. This time, the receptionist was rude and unhelpful. I explained why I needed the ADA room, but she refused to help or change rooms because it would mean more work for her. There were fewer than 10 cars in the lot last night and maybe 15 this morning. Not having proper accommodations for my disability has taken this hotel off my list. The service is better at the fairwood or candle wood!

The rooms are clean and everything has been updated, though the TVs are a bit small. Breakfast is great and has a good variety, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The location isn't ideal for places to eat, but having Walmart and the new bar nearby helps.
